| Activity details: | Join our intimate group on the beach for training in my new system of tai chi that combines the best of tai chi chuan, chi kung (qiqong - life force work) nei kung (health work)and gentle kung fu. This 1 hour session is designed to completely clear blockages, tone and stretch every muscle, align the spine, loosen the joints, increase energy and promote calmness and peace of mind. Classes are fun and easy to follow in the beautiful and cleansing beach environment. FIRST CLASS IS FREE! :) Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at 9AM - 10 AM under the pavilion. |
