Bond between the dog and its owner - How far will you go for your pet

Being the owner of two dogs myself and finding this story so admirable, I couldn't stop myself from writing about it.
In Alameda, California a pit-bull mix, Max, was scheduled to be euthanized after it was deemed dangerous because it bit a vet hospital employee
and dog owner's friend in a separate occasions. Dog's owners, Cochran and Perry's appealed the decision in Alameda superior court but
were denied.
After failing from all the proper ways to save their dog's life, couple decided to do something that only a true dog lover can dare to so.

Friends: it's the quality that matters not the quantity

Ever since the emergence of social networks such as facebook, twitter etc the number of "friends" that an
average person has gone dramatically up. And yet people are spending more time online rather than really
socializing with their friends.

Are these people really your friends?
Sometimes people have friends on social network that they barely even know. II am perfectly fine with connecting with more people online, but calling it friends is somewhat stretching it. Have as many connections as you want, but make sure that you have some real friends as well who you can count on.

The common sense study of the day: 'Female touch can influence decisions, behaviour'

So this is my best topic to blog about: dumb-obvious-naive-time wasting studies. And today's study is
"Female touch can influence decisions, behavior". I find it very amusing that these scientists spend so much time and effort to find something that is just a common sense or well observed behavior. Come on now, I think every man's decisions, behavior would change with a gentle touch of a woman's hands. It's because that gentle touch stops men's normal brain function. Our brains stops make sound decisions and start focusing on only one thing. I don't need to elaborate on that one thing I believe.
But then I think I cannot really blame these scientists for conducting such experiments. Most of them probably never experienced female touch in their own lives.

10 reasons I would NOT want to be gay in today's world

If I tried to put down all the reason why I would not want to be gay in today’s world I will probably would have never finished this article. I think the world is still not ready to fully accept homosexuals as a part of our society and we continue to discriminate against them. Looking at our current attitude towards gays and lesbians it's hard to believe they feel welcomed in society. There are many misconceptions about homosexuals and people continue to believe them. I have tried to highlight some of the major issues that homosexuals continue to fight against.

How age plays a role in relationships

This is an age old debate and really a subjective matter. Some people feel that age doesn't really matter as long as you are in true love,
while others will tell you that age does matter and it will be the deciding factor between how long your relationship is going to last.
But despite of people's opinion about role of age in relationships I think there are few trends which have been consistent with many.
